By registering for our events or becoming a member, you agree to the following terms and policies. 1. Group Policy & Code of Conduct Integrity & Authenticity Be yourself. This is a space for real people, real stories, and real growth.• Speak honestly and allow others to do the same without judgment. Respect & Confidentiality What is shared in this space stays in this space.• Maintain a nonjudgmental, supportive attitude.• No screenshots, recordings, or sharing of others’ stories without consent. No Unsolicited Promotion This is not a sales space. No cold-pitching or spam.• You may share your work only during approved sessions or with prior permission. Respect • We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the group’s safe and supportive environment. 2. Terms & Conditions Registration & Payment Payment is required to access sessions and you must be 18 years of age or older.• Payments are securely processed via Wix or EventBrite. Cancellations & Refunds Cancel 7+ days before a session for a full refund.• Cancellations within 7 days of the session are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session. Session Access Sessions are hosted via Zoom and the access link is sent before each event.• Materials and recordings are for registered users only and may not be shared externally. Intellectual Property All materials, content, and recordings are the intellectual property of The Realistic Collective and/or facilitators.• Do not reproduce or distribute content without written consent.• Materials are for personal and professional growth only.
